New agencies, hosts and operators must confirm their email address and WhatsApp number during onboarding.
Trust and safety
How MyStayPMS verification works
MyStayPMS uses several checks to reduce misleading listings. Each verification status confirms that a specific check has been completed — so you know who you are dealing with before you book, and what to confirm before you pay.
This page explains exactly what we check, what is protected on your behalf, and the few things that stay in your hands.
What we check
New business accounts are reviewed and verified before they can be activated on MyStayPMS.
Only listings reviewed and approved for publication can appear in public search results.
Listing approval confirms eligibility for publication. It does not, by itself, guarantee future availability, property condition or guest experience.
What is protected on every booking request
Before booking or paying
Confirm the following in your written booking summary:
- The exact property and unit.
- Check-in and check-out dates.
- The complete price, including fees and deposits.
- The authorised payment recipient.
- Cancellation and refund terms.
- Check-in instructions and host or support contact.
Pay only according to the instructions provided for your confirmed booking with MyStayPMS. Treat an unexpected change of phone number, payment recipient or payment method as suspicious until it has been verified through the original host contact channel.
Before approving a mobile-money payment, carefully check the recipient’s name and amount. Never disclose your PIN, password or full card details.
Keep the listing link, booking confirmation, payment receipt and written communication until your stay is complete.
